Please choose carefully — we do not offer refunds, credits, or returns for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement (if available/suitable), store credit, or refund.
Email: hello@jamelikswim.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Swimwear bottoms and one-pieces if the hygiene liner or original tags have been removed, or if worn/washed.

Custom or personalised items.

Gift cards.

Exchanges
If a size/style swap is needed and your item qualifies for return, the fastest method is to place a new order for the desired item and process the original item as a return (if approved under this policy).
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be unworn/unused, with tags and hygiene liners intact, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Unless the item is confirmed faulty/incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
