Shipping policy

At JAMELIK Swim, we take great care to ensure your orders are packed and shipped to the highest standard.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Handling time is typically up to 48 hours from the time your order is placed. Please note that delays may occur during busy sale periods, holidays, or due to carrier or weather-related disruptions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier details.
All deliveries are handled by registered couriers and may require a signature unless you provide authority to leave.

Taxes & Duties

For Australian orders, GST is automatically applied at checkout.
Customers outside Australia are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.

Delivery of Goods

All goods are shipped from our facility in Australia.
Freight costs are calculated and payable at checkout and are additional to the cost of goods sold.
Liability for the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please inspect your parcels upon arrival. If cartons appear damaged, note this with the courier and contact us immediately.

Domestic Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using a postcode-based shipping calculator.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia at a flat delivery fee.
If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country.
Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported.
These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by Jamelik.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@jamelikswim.com within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Include photos or videos showing the issue so we can quickly arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
